Murtha Passed Away
Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) passed away this afternoon, according to his office. He was 77 years old. |

While I admire and thank him for his service in both the military and public life, I did not like his baseless accusations concerning U.S. Marines murdering civilians. His liberal politics, pork barrel spending, the smell of corruption the country could have done without. It's sad to see somebody die from what SHOULD have been minor surgury. I guess there really is no such thing. |

He served our country honorably in the military. I can honor him for that. I can also feel sympathy for family and friends who are missing their loved one today. For what he said about our troops in a time of war. I hope God forgives him . I sure as hell don’t . |
